80. The director of classification may refuse or cease to examine an application for a stamp if the print of the film in question does not reproduce the film in its complete form, with no alterations but those expressly authorized in writing by the person empowered to give authorization.
The same applies if the print does not meet the standards of integrity, technical quality or any other eligibility standards determined by regulation of the Government.
