182. The Minister may order the suspension of work on or the total or partial closing of
(1)  any outdoor theatre which fails to meet the standards of arrangement or rearrangement prescribed by regulation of the Government;
(2)  premises where films are exhibited to the public if the premises fail to meet the technical standards on public film presentation prescribed by regulation of the Government.
The Minister must, without delay, send its decision in writing to the person concerned and inform him of the measures to be taken and the time granted to comply with the regulations.
