179. Any person who hinders an inspector in the performance of his duties, misleads him by concealment or false declarations, refuses to give him any information, document, film or video material he is entitled to require or examine under this Act, or conceals or destroys a document, film or video material being the object of an inquiry is guilty of an offence and liable to the fine provided for in section 178.

Any person who hinders an inspector of the Régie in the performance of his duties, misleads him by concealment or false declarations, refuses to give him any information, document, film or video material he is entitled to require or examine under this Act, or conceals or destroys a document, film or video material being the object of an inquiry is guilty of an offence and liable to the fine provided for in section 178.
