144.4. (Repealed).

144.4. The Régie may invest, on a short-term basis, the funds placed at its disposal under this Act in
(1) securities issued or guaranteed by the Government of Canada, of Québec or of another Canadian province;
(2) securities issued by Québec municipalities;
(3) deposits with a bank or financial institution registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers pursuant to the Deposit Insurance Act (chapter A-26) or in certificates, notes or other short-term securities or instruments issued or guaranteed by a bank or such an institution.
144.4. The Régie may invest, on a short-term basis, the funds placed at its disposal under this Act in
(1) securities issued or guaranteed by the Government of Canada, of Québec or of another Canadian province ;
(2) securities issued by Québec municipalities ;
(3) deposits with a bank or financial institution registered with the Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier pursuant to the Deposit Insurance Act (chapter A-26) or in certificates, notes or other short-term securities or instruments issued or guaranteed by a bank or such an institution.
144.4. The Régie may invest, on a short-term basis, the funds placed at its disposal under this Act in
(1) securities issued or guaranteed by the Government of Canada, of Québec or of another Canadian province ;
(2) securities issued by Québec municipalities ;
(3) deposits with a bank or financial institution registered with the Régie de l’assurance-dépôts du Québec or in certificates, notes or other short-term securities or instruments issued or guaranteed by a bank or such an institution.
