120. No person may possess, sell, lease, lend or exchange, on a commercial basis, video material not bearing an attestation issued by the Minister under section 119.

120. No person may possess, sell, lease, lend or exchange, on a commercial basis, video material not bearing an attestation issued by the Régie under section 119.

120. The holder of a distributor’s licence shall, for a specific item of video material, attest the filing provided for in section 118 to the dealer by forwarding him a copy of the certificate he himself obtained for the material unless another means and the duties payable by the holder of the licence are provided for by regulation of the Régie.
