119. The Minister shall issue to the holder of a distributor’s licence who meets the requirements set out in section 118, on payment of the duties prescribed by regulation of the Government, a filing certificate for each film title and an attestation of the certificate for each print of video material intended to be sold, lent, leased or exchanged.

119. The Régie, on filing a copy of the agreements provided for in section 118, shall issue to the holder of a distributor’s licence, on payment of the duties prescribed by regulation of the Régie, a filing certificate identifying the contents of the video material concerned.
