96. A judge of the Court of Appeal may annul summarily, upon motion, any writ of summons issued against the Committee on Discipline or against the Bar, following the application of article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) or under articles 834 to 850 of the said Code, by reason of acts, proceedings or decisions of the Committee on Discipline.
