79. (1) The board of directors may also establish a special committee of inquiry in respect of the conduct of any member of the Bar.
(2) Sections 135, 143, 144, 146 and 149 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) apply to that committee. (3) The committee shall, on request, make a written report of its activities to the board of directors.
