74. A person who has ceased to hold the office of judge may apply for re-entry by following the requirements of section 70.

74. A person who has ceased to hold the office of judge may be readmitted to the Bar on the conditions provided by law and the regulations, but shall not within twelve months of being readmitted act as attorney or counsel before the court of which he was a member or before any member of such court.
