19. (Repealed).

19. (1)  At the meeting provided for in subsection 1 of section 13, the General Council shall form the executive committee of the Bar.
(2)  The executive committee shall consist of ten members of the General Council, namely:
(a)  the bâtonnier of the Province of Québec and the vice-président; and also
(b)  three members selected from among the delegates of the section of Montréal;
(c)  two members selected from among those of the section of Québec;
(d)  two delegates of the other sections;
(e)  one member selected from among those appointed by the Office des professions du Québec.
(3)  (Subsection repealed).

(a)  the bâtonnier of the Province of Québec and the vice-président; and also
(b)  three members selected from among the delegates of the section of Montréal;

(d)  two delegates of the other sections.
(3)  Five members of the Executive Committee shall constitute a quorum thereof.
