115. (1)  The decision imposing one or more of the penalties contemplated by section 113, except reprimand, shall become executory on the thirty-first day from that on which it is communicated to the parties. However, in the disbarment cases contemplated in section 114 or in cases of revocation of a permit, the decision shall be executory as soon as it is rendered by the Committee on Discipline, notwithstanding appeal, except upon contrary decision by the chairman of the Professions Tribunal or a judge designated by him, upon motion for that purpose served upon the parties.
(2)  In all cases, non-payment of the fine and the costs within the same delay shall entail disbarment until payment.
