96. The Government shall fix the remuneration, employment benefits and other conditions of employment of the vice-presidents.
The sums required for the carrying out of this section and section 3.4 of the Act respecting the governance of state-owned enterprises (chapter G-1.02) shall be borne by the Board.

The members of the board of directors other than the president and chief executive officer are not remunerated except in the cases and conditions and to the extent that the Government may determine. They are, however, entitled to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.

96. The chairman’s term may not exceed five years and the term of the other board members may not exceed three years.
The term of the chairman, the vice-chairmen and the other board members may be renewed.
