37. No person found guilty of an offence against section 34 or 35 or against section 380 of the Criminal Code (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter C-46) in connection with financial support contemplated in this Act may, unless he has been pardoned, obtain financial support under this Act for a period of two years from the conviction.
