76. The Auditor General must require that each of his officers and employees charged with the examination of records, documents or books of any department or body which he is directed by law to audit complies with the rules of secrecy applicable to the officers and employees of such department or body and takes the oath or makes the affirmation of discretion provided in Schedule B to the Civil Service Act (chapter F-3.1).
