A-5.02 - Funeral Operations Act
Section 1
Disposition versions
1. This Act applies to the following funeral operations:
(1) the provision of funeral services;
(2) embalming;
(3) the interment, disinterment and transportation of bodies;
(4) the operation of funeral facilities; and
(5) the disposal of human ashes.
It also applies to the disposal of unclaimed bodies.
