93.10. A mutual insurance association shall remain a member of a federation
(1)  until another federation has undertaken to admit it as a member and the association has furnished proof thereof to the Authority or until the constitution of the new federation whose constitution it is seeking;
(2)  until it has amalgamated with a mutual insurance association;
(3)  until it has converted into a mutual damage-insurance company;
(4)  until it is dissolved.
