210. Every legal person, other than a mutual insurance association or a professional order, that applies for a licence shall meet the requirements for the constitution of an insurance company in Québec.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, minimum capitalization requirements are exigible only from legal persons applying for their first licence after 20 June 1984.

210. The Inspector General, on receiving an application for a licence, shall enter the application in a register kept for that purpose in his office.
The public may examine the register at the offices of the Inspector General.

210. The Superintendent, on receiving an application for a licence, shall enter the application in a register kept for that purpose in his office.
The public may examine the register during the business hours of the Superintendent’s office.
