191. If the Minister accepts the application, the Authority shall confirm such acceptance on the copies of the amalgamation agreement.
If the applicant is a company, the Authority shall transmit a copy of the amalgamation agreement and the fees set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) that must be filed under section 189 to the enterprise registrar. The enterprise registrar shall then draw up the certificate of amalgamation and deposit it in the register with a copy of the articles of amalgamation and the amalgamation agreement. The enterprise registrar shall transmit a certified copy of the articles of amalgamation and certificate of amalgamation to the Authority.
The articles of amalgamation must specify the classes of insurance the company is authorized to transact.
If the applicant is not a company, the Authority shall transmit a copy of the amalgamation agreement to the enterprise registrar, who shall deposit it in the register.

191. If the Minister accepts the petition, the Inspector General shall confirm the agreement by letters patent in the case of a company or, in other cases, by simply affixing his signature to the duplicates of the amalgamation agreement.
The Inspector General shall deposit in the register the letters patent or one copy of the amalgamation agreement, as the case may be.
