64.2. (Repealed).

64.2. The forces of nature to which the insurance provided for in section 64.1 may apply are, in addition to the forces contemplated in paragraphs a to i of section 24, excessive wind, excessive humidity and excessive heat, the formation of ice in the soil and frost in the preceding months of November through April and bee diseases which appear in the form of an epidemic or against which there is no adequate means of protection.
