118.1. Subject to the applicable legislative provisions, the president and chief executive officer is accountable to the National Assembly for his or her administrative management, in particular as concerns the exercise of the authority and powers of the Minister responsible.
If the Minister considers it appropriate, the competent parliamentary committee of the National Assembly shall hear the Minister and, as the case may be, the president and chief executive officer at least once each year to discuss their administrative management.
The parliamentary committee may examine the results achieved with regard to the administrative aspects of the strategic plan, and any other matter of an administrative nature under the authority of the Conseil de gestion that is noted in a report of the Auditor General or the Public Protector.
