75. If the victim dies more than 24 hours but within 12 months after the accident, the indemnity that may be paid is the indemnity fixed by regulation for the compensation of bodily injury.

75. Compensation for non-pecuniary damage is not payable if the victim dies by reason of the accident.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, if the victim dies of a cause unrelated to the accident and if, on the date of his death, a permanent impairment was medically discernable, the Société shall estimate the amount of compensation that it would probably have awarded to the victim and pay that amount to his succession.

75. Subject to sections 54, 58 and 68.1, whoever receives or has received an indemnity to which he is not entitled or for an amount exceeding that to which he is entitled, must immediately reimburse the amount of the indemnity or the overpayment.
The amount of the indemnity or the overpayment is, recoverable by the Régie within three years.
The Régie shall then render a decision ordering the repayment by the debtor and stating the reasons for which, in the opinion of the Régie, the amount indicated therein is exigible.

75. Subject to sections 54 and 58, whoever has received or obtained an indemnity to which he is not entitled must reimburse it immediately.
Whoever has received an indemnity for an amount exceeding that to which he is entitled must reimburse the excess immediately.
