45. Where the Société is required, from the one hundred and eighty-first day after an accident, to determine an employment for a victim, it must take into account, in addition to the standards and terms and conditions prescribed by regulation, the training, work experience and physical and intellectual abilities of the victim on the date of the accident.
The employment must be an employment which the victim could have held at the time of the accident on a regular and full-time or, failing that, part-time basis.

45. 45. The victim is entitled, in every case, without limit of time and to the extent that they are not already covered by a social security scheme, to the reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred by reason of an accident for medical and paramedical care, transportation by ambulance or other means for the purpose of receiving such care, the purchase of prostheses or orthopedic devices and the replacement of clothing. The victim is also entitled to the reimbursement of such other expenses of a similar nature as may be authorized by the Régie.
No social security scheme may exclude from its coverage of expenses, the expenses incurred by a victim.
The expenses referred to in the first paragraph may, at the request of the victim, be paid directly to the suppliers.

45.
