26. From the one hundred and eighty-first day after the accident, the Société shall determine an employment for the victim in accordance with section 45.
The victim is entitled to an income replacement indemnity if, by reason of the accident, he is unable to hold the employment determined by the Société.
The indemnity is computed in accordance with the third paragraph of section 21.
The first paragraph does not apply to a victim entitled to an indemnity for care expenses under section 80.

The indemnity is computed in accordance with the third paragraph of section 21 and shall not be less than the indemnity the victim was receiving, if such was the case, at the end of the one hundred and eightieth day after the accident.

26. The income replacement indemnity shall be paid in the form of a pension equivalent annually to 90% of the net income of the victim.

While the disability lasts, the net income of the victim must be readjusted in the prescribed manner, as the number of dependants varies.
Subject to sections 29 and 30, the income replacement indemnity must not at any time amount to less than the sum of $117.31 per week plus $14.67 per week per dependant, up to a total sum of $205.33 per week.

26. The income replacement indemnity shall be paid in the form of a pension equivalent annually to ninety per cent of the net income of the victim.
Subject to sections 29 and 30, the income replacement indemnity must in no case amount to less than the sum of eighty dollars per week plus ten dollars per week per dependant, up to a total sum of one hundred and twenty dollars per week.
