201. The Fonds d’indemnisation is substituted for the Indemnity Fund established by the Highway Victims Indemnity Act (chapter I-5).

201. The Fonds d’indemnisation is substituted for the Indemnity Fund established by the Highway Victims Indemnity Act (chapter I-5).
The Fonds d’indemnisation is bound to satisfy the unsatisfied claims of victims of accidents that occurred between 30 September 1961 and 1 March 1978 in the manner and to the extent provided in sections 32 to 39 of the Highway Victims Indemnity Act (chapter I-5). For such purpose, the Fonds d’indemnisation has the powers provided for in paragraphs b, c, d, e and f of section 45 of the said act.
The moneys required for the compensation of victims contemplated in the second paragraph are taken out of the Fonds d’indemnisation.
