97. Five members, including the chairman, constitute a quorum of the Office. In the event of a tie-vote, the chairman has a casting vote.

From 21 December 1994 until the date of dissolution of the 35th Legislature, section 97 shall be read as follows:
“Five members, including the chairman, constitute a quorum of the Office. In the event of a tie-vote, the chairman has a casting vote.”.
