75. In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of minimum and maximum amounts twice as high as those prescribed for the said offence in the section that defines it.

75. For a subsequent offence within two years after the last conviction for an offence defined in the same provision, the offender is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of minimum and maximum amounts twice as high as those prescribed for the said offence in the section that defines it.
