73. Every person who
(1)  solicits or makes a contract contemplated in section 3 without holding a funeral services business licence at the time of the solicitation or making of the contract, or
(2)  gives false or misleading information to a provisional administrator appointed pursuant to section 40,
is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $1,500 nor more than $75,000.

(2)  gives false or misleading information to a provisional administrator appointed pursuant to section 40,
is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $1,500 nor more than $75,000.
