13. Any prearranged funeral services contract solicited, negotiated or made at a funeral home or at an establishment of the seller may be cancelled at any time by the buyer at his discretion, subject to a penalty under section 17.
The same applies to any prearranged funeral services contract solicited, negotiated or made elsewhere, once the cancellation period provided for in section 10 has ended.
