158. Every person who knowingly denies or impedes access to a document or information to which access is not to be denied under this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $100 to $500 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $250 to $1,000.
158. Every person who knowingly denies or impedes access to a document or information to which access is not to be denied under this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $100 to $500, and, for every subsequent offence within two years, to a fine of $250 to $1 000.
