21. Subject to section 71 of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002), the functionaries and employees of the Government and of the Board and other persons participating in the carrying out of this Act must not disclose, otherwise than in accordance with article 308 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25), information obtained for the carrying out of this Act.
