49. No deed, document or writing shall bind a regional centre or be attributed to it unless signed by the chairman, director general, secretary or an employee of the centre but only, in the case of such employee, to the extent determined by regulation of the board of directors.
However, the signature of an advocate or a notary employed by the regional centre shall bind such regional centre in all cases where it relates to the performance of the professional duties for a recipient.

49. No deed, document or writing shall bind a regional corporation or be attributed to it unless signed by the chairman, general manager, secretary or an employee of the corporation but only, in the case of such employee, to the extent determined by regulation of the board of directors.
However, the signature of an advocate or a notary employed by the regional corporation shall bind such regional corporation in all cases where it relates to the performance of the professional duties for a recipient.
