A-13.2.1 - Act respecting assistance and compensation for victims of crime

221. The regulations made under the Workers’ Compensation Act (chapter A-3) which are relevant to the application of the Act to promote good citizenship (chapter C-20) and the Crime Victims Compensation Act (chapter I-6) shall continue to apply for that purpose as if they were regulations of the Government. The Government may, for that purpose, amend, replace or repeal them.
