39. A person found guilty of an offence against section 4 or 33 is liable,
(a)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $600 to $15,000; or
(b)  in any other case, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000.
For a subsequent offence, the offender is liable to a fine with minimum and maximum limits twice as high as those prescribed in subparagraph a or b of the first paragraph, as applicable.

39. Every person convicted of an offence against section 4 or 33 is liable to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 and, for a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $4,000 to $200,000.

39. Every person convicted of an offence against section 4 or 33 is liable to a fine of not less than $1 000 for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues and to a fine not less than $1 000 nor more than $5 000 for each subsequent conviction.

Every person found guilty of an offence against section 4 or 33 is liable, on summary proceedings, in addition to the costs, to a fine of not less than $1 000 for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues and to a fine not less than $1 000 nor more than $5 000 for each subsequent offence within two years.
