12. For a claim concerning a seizure in the hands of third persons or a voluntary deposit in accordance with articles 664 to 670 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), the only fee payable until the claim is fully satisfied is $36.75 by a natural person and $43.25 by a legal person.

12. For a claim concerning a seizure in the hands of third persons or a voluntary deposit in accordance with articles 664 to 670 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), the only fee payable until the claim is fully satisfied is $36 by a natural person and $42.25 by a legal person.
