Section 12 Disposition versions

12. An enterprise or organization referred to in section 2, 3, 4 or 8 and an enterprise forming part of a group must each year record in a register the quantities of each subcategory of products covered by this Regulation that are marketed, acquired or manufactured, and a copy must be provided to the Minister on request.

Any information recorded in the register must be kept for 10 years from the date of entry.
