10. An enterprise referred to in section 2 or 3 or an organization referred to in section 4 implementing a recovery and reclamation program must also, every 5 years and on the basis of the information referred to in section 9, attach to the annual report an assessment of the implementation and effectiveness of the recovery and reclamation program for the 5 previous years that also specifies the orientations and priorities for the 5 following years.

The assessment must also indicate, for each subcategory of products during the period covered, the quantity of products actually available for recovery and determined on the basis of a sampling, investigation or survey method that complies with recognized practices.

The assessment must also indicate, for each subcategory and, if applicable, by type of product, the average age of the products recovered during the period covered, on the basis of sampling methods that satisfy recognized practices.
