P-29, r. 1 - Regulation respecting food

Full text Authorization: The applicant must attach to his application for a permit the authorizations issued respectively by the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et des Parcs, the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec and the municipality concerned to the effect that the site, design, construction and layout of the processing establishment or the sea food products or freshwater products cannery comply with the requirements of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), the Act respecting the preservation of agricultural land and agricultural activities (chapter P-41.1) and the regulations for the application of those Acts, as well as municipal zoning by-laws.
In the case of an application for a permit to operate a dismembering plant or to salvage inedible meat, the applicant must also attach to his application the certificates issued by the competent authorities to the effect that he meets the requirements of the laws or regulations in force concerning the use of a means or system of transport and the licensing of vehicles.
