19.1.1. A person referred to in section who kills a white‑tailed deer, female or male with antlers less than 7 cm, must, as soon as the animal is dead, punch out the space provided for that purpose on the licence used, or ensure that the space is punched out by the licence holder not later than midnight on the same day as the animal’s death.
