Regulation respecting the determination of total payroll
Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition
(chapter D-8.3, s. 3).
1. Every employer whose total payroll for a calendar year exceeds $1,000,000  is required to participate for that year in the development of manpower training as provided in section 3 of the Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition (chapter D-8.3).
