74. The lands transferred to the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation up to the 1st of January, 1923 shall cease to be subject to any license to cut timber from and after the 30th of April following the issue of a location ticket by the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation.
Any license to cut timber renewed within the delay allowed by the regulations shall take effect from the date of the issuing of the original license.
The holder of a license to cut timber shall be bound to give to the holder of a location ticket, during the whole period of his rights to cut timber on the lot, the privilege of cutting for him the marketable timber on such lot, at the price paid by such license-holder for work of the same kind in that locality.
