8. For the conduct of jury trials in his district, the sheriff shall prepare a jury list from the list of electors transmitted to him by the chief electoral officer.

8. For the conduct of jury trials in his district, the sheriff shall prepare a jury list from the copies of the electoral lists sent to him by the returning officer pursuant to the Election Act (chapter E-3.3).
