142. In no case may the president and director general, on pain of forfeiture of office, have any direct or indirect interest in any undertaking causing his personal interest to conflict with that of the Foundation. However, forfeiture is not incurred if such an interest devolves to him by succession or gift, provided he renounces or disposes of it with dispatch.
Any other member of the board of directors having an interest in an undertaking described in the first paragraph shall, on pain of forfeiture of office, disclose it in writing to the board of directors and abstain from participating in any deliberation and decision concerning the undertaking.
