106.0.1. Fees may be charged by an agency that is a party to a memorandum of agreement for the carrying on of recreational activities in the territory of a controlled zone, provided that a recreational activity development plan stipulating the amount of those fees is included in the memorandum of agreement.

106.0.1. An agency that is a party to a memorandum of agreement may fix the amount of fees payable for the carrying on of recreational activities in the territory of a controlled zone, subject to the agency first having a recreational activity development plan approved by the Minister. The plan must include a list of the recreational activities to be offered and the fees, which may vary, applicable to each activity. The plan must be drawn up in accordance with the directives of the Minister.
