20. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 320, s. 20; 1982, c. 63, s. 107.
20. No plan and book of reference of any subdivision or redivision containing streets or lanes may be considered by the Minister unless accompanied by a certificate from the secretary-treasurer of the municipal corporation in the territory of which the immoveable subdivided or redevided is situated, to the effect that the said plan and book of reference, in so far as such streets or lanes are concerned, have been approved by the council.
The approval and the certificate hereinabove contemplated shall also be required for any changing or annulling of the plan and book of reference of any subdivision or redivision containing streets or lanes.
