34. The Institut shall determine by regulation the remuneration and allowances to which the members of its personnel are entitled, and shall do so in such a way that their remuneration equals what they would receive in the same office if they were appointed and remunerated pursuant to the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
The regulation may also determine the other conditions of employment of the members of the personnel.
The regulation comes into force from the date of its approval by the Government.
