390. (Repealed).

390. A declaration of aptitude shall be valid for a period of 18 months or for such period as is determined by government regulation.

390. The board of appeal shall establish a central bank of jurisprudence and a computerized minute book and take the necessary measures to render them available to the commissioners, to the assessors and to the other employees it designates in each of its offices.
The bank of jurisprudence also is public for the purposes of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1).
