319. An employer who fails to send information required under section 291 within the time prescribed incurs a penalty of $25 per day for each day of default up to an amount of $2,500.

319. If an employer fails to furnish the documents required by sections 290 to 294 within the prescribed time, he shall pay a sum equal to 5% of the assessment he should have paid.

319. If an employer fails to furnish the documents required by sections 290 to 294 within the prescribed time, he shall pay a sum equal to the aggregate of
(1)  5 % of the assessment that he should have paid; and
(2)  for every day of delay, interest on the assessment he should have paid and on the penalty determined in accordance with paragraph 1.

319. If an employer fails to furnish the documents required by sections 290 to 294 within the prescribed time, he shall pay, as interest, a sum equal to the aggregate of
(1)  for the first month of delay, 5% of the assessment that he should have paid; and
(2)  for subsequent months of delay, the interest on the assessment he should have paid.
