V-5.1 - The Cree Villages and the Naskapi Village Act

18. The municipality may also, by a by-law of its council previously approved by the Minister, enter into agreements with respect to the exercise of its powers with any public body, including a school service centre, a school commission or a municipality, whatever may be the Act governing it, and with the Cree Nation Government.
In the same manner, the Cree Village of Whapmagoostui and the Naskapi village may also enter into such an agreement with the Kativik Regional Government established by the Act respecting Northern villages and the Kativik Regional Government (chapter V-6.1).
