T-8.1 - Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State

68. Every person who erects or maintains a construction, installation or works on land in contravention of section 54 or who constructs a road without the authorization of the Minister who has the authority thereon in contravention of section 55, or who refuses to take corrective measures required by the Minister under section 63 within the time fixed, is liable to a fine of $100 to $500 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $200 to $1,000.
Where an offence referred to in the first paragraph continues for more than one day, it is a separate offence for each day or part of a day during which it continues.

68. Every person who erects or maintains a construction on land in contravention of section 54 or who constructs a road without the authorization of the Minister who has the authority thereon in contravention of section 55, or who refuses to take corrective measures required by the Minister under section 63 within the time fixed, is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $100 to $500.
For any subsequent offence under the same section within two years of the conviction, the offender is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $200 to $1 000.
Where an offence referred to in the first paragraph continues for more than one day, it is a separate offence for each day or part of a day during which it continues.
Notwithstanding paragraph 2 of section 12 of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15), separate offences may be set out in a single count.
