T-7.1 - Act respecting agricultural lands in the domain of the State

51. Every person who is guilty of an offence contemplated in this division is liable,
(1)  for a first offence, to a fine of not less than $125 nor more than $1,225 in the case of a natural person, or in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $625 nor more than $6,075;
(2)  for any subsequent offence, to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $2,450 in the case of a natural person, or in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $1,225 nor more than $12,150.

(1)  for a first offence, to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000 in the case of a natural person, or in the case of an artificial person, to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5 000;
(2)  for any subsequent offence, to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2 000 in the case of a natural person, or in the case of an artificial person, to a fine of not less than $1 000 nor more than $10 000.

51. Every person who is guilty of an offence contemplated in this division is liable, in addition to costs,
(1)  for a first offence, to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000 in the case of a natural person, and, on failure to pay, to imprisonment for not more than three months, or in the case of an artificial person, to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5 000;
(2)  for any subsequent offence, to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2 000 in the case of a natural person, and on failure to pay, to imprisonment for not more than six months, or in the case of an artificial person, to a fine of not less than $1 000 nor more than $10 000.
